Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
Formatting:
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
- Line spacing: 1.5 or double-spaced
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Page numbers included
Length (The word limits are indicative and may vary depending on the nature, scope, and quality of the manuscript):
- Research Articles: 5,000–8,000 words
- Review Papers: 6,000–10,000 words
- Case Studies: 3,000–5,000 words
Structure of the Manuscript:
Manuscripts should be organized as follows:
- Title Page
- Title of the paper
- Author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and contact details
- Corresponding author clearly indicated
- ORCID iD Requirement
Authors are encouraged to provide their ORCID iD during manuscript submission. ORCID provides a unique digital identifier that distinguishes researchers and improves the visibility, discoverability, and attribution of scholarly work. Authors may register for a free ORCID iD at: https://orcid.org/register - Abstract
- 150–250 words
- Clearly state purpose, methodology, findings, and implications
- Keywords
- 4–6 keywords
- Main Text
Suggested structure: - Introduction

- Funding Information (if applicable)

Referencing Style:
Authors should follow a standard referencing style such as APA (7th edition). All references must be cited in the text and listed at the end of the manuscript.
Tables and Figures:
- Must be clearly labeled and numbered
- Include titles and sources (if applicable)
- Submitted within the manuscript at appropriate locations
Manuscript Submission Guidelines
To ensure a proper double-blind peer review process, authors are requested to submit TWO versions of their manuscript:
- Blind Manuscript
- Must NOT contain author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or any identifying information.
- Title Page / Full Manuscript
- Should contain author names, affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author details.
Reviewers will only have access to the blind manuscript version during the review process.
Copyright and Licensing:
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Articles are published under a Creative Commons license (e.g., CC BY).
Open Access Policy:
This journal provides immediate open access to its content, ensuring free availability to readers worldwide.
Review Timeline (Indicative):
- Initial screening: 1 weeks
- Peer review: 3–5 weeks
- Final decision: 6–8 weeks
