Editors must ensure that all submitted manuscripts are handled confidentially and that no information is disclosed to unauthorized persons.
Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts. They must maintain confidentiality and disclose any conflicts of interest before reviewing a manuscript.

Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal’s scope and basic quality standards. Manuscripts that pass this stage are sent for peer review.
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.
Review Criteria
Manuscripts are evaluated based on:
- Originality and novelty of research
- Relevance to the journal scope
- Methodological quality
- Clarity of presentation
- Contribution to the field of business strategy and innovation
Decision Process
Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial team makes one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Minor revisions
- Major revisions
- Reject
Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback. Revised submissions may undergo additional rounds of review if necessary.
Confidentiality
All manuscripts and review discussions are treated as strictly confidential and must not be shared or used for personal advantage by reviewers or editors.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers are expected to provide unbiased, constructive, and timely feedback. They should declare any conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment.
Final Authority
The Editor-in-Chief holds the final decision-making authority regarding acceptance or rejection of all manuscripts.
